Lionel Vital

Lionel Vital, former NFL Executive, and four-time winning Super Bowl Champion is widely acknowledged as today's inspiration for the youth. With 35 years of success as an NFL Executive, Scout, and Player, under his belt, his mission is to inspire young athletes. He inspires and encourages the youth to reach their full potential by sharing his story and life experiences. From humble beginnings in a small town of Loreauville, Louisiana, to the highest levels in the NFL, he is the epitome of, "When you follow your passion, success follows too." He encourages youth to know that they can do it too. 

Recognized as a decorated NFL Executive, organizations he has worked with include but is not limited to the New England Patriots, Atlanta Falcons, the Washington Team (formerly Washington Redskins), Buffalo Bills, and Saskatchewan Roughriders (Canadian Football League). Up until his retirement (2022), Vital worked as the Director of College Scouting for the Dallas Cowboys. 

 After working with nationally renowned teams, Vital has transitioned into the role of motivational speaker, spreading his message of mentorship and self-confidence to young children and teens around the country. He advises coaches and parents on building trust and successful relationships with the youth through communication and teamwork. With those same values in mind, he formed the Lionel Vital Team as a network to spread motivation and mentorship throughout the nation.
