Andrea Vital-Broussard is an educator with 30 years of experience working alongside the executive of the Lionel Vital Team. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Education, a Master's Degree in Supervision and Administration, and is pursuing an Executive Ph. D. in Public Policy. 

She specializes in supervising and is responsible for communicating organizational needs, overseeing employees' performance, providing guidance and support, identifying development needs, and managing the reciprocal relationship between staff and the organization so that each is successful. She strives to inspire and encourage others to work hard and succeed in their endeavors.

Ariel Vital is the Vice President of Administration for the Lionel Vital Team. She has worked closely with Lionel for numerous years-- pertaining to his travels, and day-to-day operations.  Her experience with him has spanned from his 35+ years in the NFL to his transition to newer business ventures. She has obtained her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science-Kinesiology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, and her Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Franciscan Missionary of Our Lady University.

She provides senior executive oversight of administrative operations, coordinates travel arrangements, and prepares and reviews operational reports. Additionally, she specializes in client outreach. Her background includes administration throughout the healthcare field within the Lafayette, Louisiana area. Her longevity with the team is a testament to her desire for its growth and success. 

Aryn Broussard is the grant and fundraising coordinator for the Lionel Vital Team. She has a niche for grant writing and fundraising which she obtained after acquiring her Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Studies from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and is currently pursuing her Master's in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling. 

Over the years she has worked with various nonprofit organizations such as Boys and Girls Club of Acadiana, VITA Lafayette, Family Road of Greater Baton Rouge, and served as an Americorp member for 2 years while completing undergrad. She has worked closely with both Southern University and Louisiana State University's Ag Centers as a parent educator providing parenting and healthy aging seminars for Louisiana DCFS and multiple organizations in the Baton Rouge area.

Nicholas Bolding is a cinematographer and videographer currently apart of the Florida A&M Athletics media department. In the beginning of his career he worked with various schools such as Miami Dade Christian Academy and Everglades High School. 

As Nicholas continues to further his expertise in cinematography, digital strategy, and communications, he plans to be an extremely valuable asset on the Lionel Vital Team. Nicholas will continue to deliver attention grabbing, creative techniques, and passion with every video that he produces.

Tiffany Knatt is the director of marketing, with experience managing the Frisco RoughRiders— MiLB and Double-A affiliate of the Texas Rangers. Her background in brand strategy, visual design, and account management inform her mindful but competitive approach. Her education includes coursework towards B.S. in Psychology, B.A. in Communications from Louisiana State University, and Psychology & Social Science certifications from Harvard University. 

She considers herself a ‘lifelong learner,’ eager to both build on her academic foundations in psychology and communications, and stays in tune with the latest marketing strategies through continued coursework and professional development. 

Keyaira Jones is an administrative executive with an extensive background in education. She is responsible for a wide array of duties, including maintaining confidentiality among the executive-level team and representing the organization at the executive level. She has worked alongside Lionel for several years. Keyaira has played a major role in creating the Lionel Vital Team that we have today and remains an integral part of its foundation.
